Convenient decor, very pleasant staff, extremely comfy bed. I liked how my deluxe king studio was set up. Fantastic central hotel set in the good area. Very quick check in and in general exceptional service.
I struggled with air conditioning, it was a bit noisy.

Amazing room, fine bed, AMAZINGLY GREAT staff. Lots of supplies in the room: coffee and free wireless internet. Very central location, within walking distance of queen street. Restaurant was awesome with exemplary service and awesome food.

we had a pleasant time. prime location, really comfy bed. tight bathroom, spacious enough, calm room. only 15 minutes walking to downtown. pretty clean hotel and top notch service. moreover, it had parking on site.

Calm hotel with kind staff, I loved TOP location. The staff did all they can for a fantastic stay. For my taste room was very fine with loft interior. Late check-out was useful. Free WiFi was available in all rooms.
